About LGF

LOST GAY FICTION is dedicated to one thing and one thing only–highlighting queer short stories and writers that might be ‘lost’ to modern audiences.

All of these stories–copyrighted or not–are transcribed and posted here because we love them and want the authors to get the recognition they deserve. We are not taking credit for anything, except for the decision to promote these authors and their stories.

If you would like to contribute, as a short story writer, as a transcriber, or in any other way, or if you have short story/author suggestions, please email us at lostgayfiction@gmail.com.

These writers are heroes and they deserve your readership. Enjoy!

Hi – The play “At St Judas’s” by Henry Blake Fuller is well and truely in the public domain (1898) but its out of print and while Kobo have a free version of it, it is a badly scanned copy with lots of typos (really terrible). I’ve proofed it and I was wondering if you’d like to publish it here?

  3. Thanks for this wonderful site. An invaluable resource. As a gay man, I encourage both my gay and non-gay friends to visit and immerse themselves.
